I’ll be the first to admit that there’s so much cultural shame and embarrassment tied to sexuality and sexual pleasure that it is rarely discussed, but shame is definitely not the road to healthy sexuality.

Precious Savior, You created these beautiful bodies of ours, knit them together in our mother’s wombs (Ps 139:13), I know You don’t want us out there showing everything to the world, but I also don’t think You want us to be embarrassed or ashamed. Help us to have a healthy outlook in all areas. Amen.
